These signals can turn on our flight or fight response. By learning to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthian 10:5-6) you can significantly reduce anxiety.
The Bible teaches us not to worry. Why? Because for those who trust in Jesus Christ as their Savior, they can also trust that God is in control of all things. Jesus specifically said "don't worry" about your life or what you will wear, or what you will eat or drink. Why? Because your heavenly Father knows you have need of them (Matthew 6).
