In life we all experience problems. Thankfully, most of the time we can resolve our problems on our own. But, then there are those times when we may desire outside support.

My name is Michael A Branchaud, MA. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, trained in cognitive therapy with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I can be that support by listening to and helping you process your concerns and assisting you in creating achievable goal to change your life. In counseling we collaborate together to create a plan to help you succeed in accomplishing the goals you have set. Don’t let the experience of chronic; toxic emotions such as anxiety, guilt, depression, shame or anger make your life unbearable.

As a Christian, I believe we were created to enjoy fellowship with God and others. Unfortunately, many people suffer from cognitive distortions, which are lies they have come to believe about themselves and/or others that result in them living lonely lives. By choosing to embrace the truth about their issue, people can begin to live happier more satisfying lives.

Additionally, as a Certified Anger Management Specialist I, I can provide Certificates of Completion for court or employer mandated participation.

Some of the areas in which I help individuals, couples and groups are: toxic anger, stress, depression, anxiety, parenting, relationships, low self-esteem, spiritual abuse and emotional overload.
