Located in Houston Texas, the Reverend Charles W. Sever is a gifted and experienced Christian Counselor who seeks God and hears from the Holy Spirit about how to best help each client.

In addition to being a professional counselor, Rev. Sever is also an ordained Minister with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance. Over his professional career he has had progressively responsible experience in hospital in-patient, agency, private practice and ministry settings.

Rev. Sever is proficient with counseling groups, individuals, adolescents and families and he has a range of experience in treating severe trauma, grief, substance abuse and a wide variety of psychological disorders. He is skilled as well in counseling a broad range of spiritual issues.

He holds three counseling credentials: He is a Licensed Christian Counselor and Therapist, through the GA Board of Examiners for Christian Therapists and Counselors; a Certified Christian Marriage and Family Therapist, with the American Society of Christian Therapists; and a Certified Pastoral Counselor with the American Society of Christian Therapists.
