Kriss Mitchell, LMHC, offers a compassionate counseling approach for individuals traumatized through abuse or violence of any kind. Wounded warriors or victims of sexual violence will find a safe and healing environment in which to recover. We help people re-discover who they are at the core of their beings, and how the hurts and wounds they have carried through life really do impact their present day life.
