I have a Master of Divinity and all of our staff have counseling degrees from Christian Colleges or Universities. We all support and use faith principles as a major part of helping people.

A little background about me. I grew up in rural Missouri, was active in my church, school and community. I have been a journeyman missionary with Campus Crusade for Christ and served as Associate Pastor of a small church in Southeast Pennsylvania. I have been a professional counselor for 20 years and work with individual adults and couples. I am pro-marriage and have helped many couples work through issues from mild to severe.

Other issues include depression, bipolar disorder, grief, recovery from pornography addictions, addiction recovery (after rehab if substances), career, spiritual mentoring and more.

I am a charter member of the AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors) and have a Certificate of Biblical Counseling from Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation which is associated with Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association and Arkansas Mental Health Counselors Association.

While it is great when people come to counseling for a “tune up”, it is more typical that they are coming in because they have been experiencing significant pain for some time.

I commonly work with clients suffering from depression and anxiety and do a lot of couples’ counseling. In addition, I specialize in intensive 1:1 and group counseling for couples who are coping with fidelity challenges, including sexual addiction. I am the co-author of the book Lonely All The Time: Recognizing, Understanding and Overcoming Sex Addiction for Addicts and Codependents.

I also specialize in Fast Track Intensives for individuals and couples who are looking to address their issues more quickly and deeply. This is valuable when other options have not done the trick and or when pain is severe, needing immediate intensive intervention. Some business people like the more intensive model simply for expediency.

I am the founder of the Arizona Brainspotting Center. One of the tools I use in treatment is Brainspotting. See my website (listed below) for more information. Brainspotting is, in my opinion, a breakthrough in treatment as it relates to stimulating and releasing emotional distress. Clients are no longer victims of their feelings but can, through this training, change how they feel and re-sculpt their thinking and responses. This is a very exciting new therapeutic tool.

I work with Adults and Adolescents primarily. I am available M-F 8am to 5pm (with some flexibility on an as-needed basis).

I am a member of Scottsdale Bible Church, where I also supervise professional counselors. My wife and I have been married 38 years and are both very active in the Worship Ministry(Orchestra).

My name is Priscille Wylie. I am an ordained minister and graduate of Phoenix Seminary of Phoenix, Arizona. There I earned my Masters of Divinity Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. The counseling method I employ is a cognitive behavioral approach. My counseling focus includes, but is not limited to, pre-marriage, sexual abuse, sexual addiction (certified), depression, anger, communication, career, and marriage and family issues.

My name is Dr. Edward Blackwelder and I am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Additionally, I am a retired college sociology professor and minister. For the past twenty years I have counseled prison inmates and inmate families as a part of my academic duties.

In retirement I have continued to offer Pastoral Counseling to a large population in North East Alabama and North West Georgia as well as online.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, a Master’s in Criminal Justice, a Master’s in Theology and a Doctorate in Theology. Both theology degrees are concentrated in Christian Counseling.

Cindy Neeley is a pastoral counselor, life coach and founder of Woodland House of Mercy since 1994.

Originally from Woodland, California, Cindy moved to Huntsville, Alabama in 1999. Cindy completed an internship program with the Elijah House Prayer Counseling Center. She is a licensed minister and holds a Bachelor of Theology degree. She is also certified from NADA as an ADS (Auricular Detox Specialist), and a Rapid Eye Technician. She headed the counseling department at Impact Ministries in Huntsville, Alabama for 4 years.

Cindy counsels from a basis of Biblical principles, but successfully reaches people from a wide variety of belief backgrounds through her ability to reach into the heart. All of Cindy’s work is directed toward facilitating a greater experience and understanding of the love of God.
